I'm not your typical Realtor, and that's on purpose.
With more than 20 years in the HVAC industry, most of it out in the field selling and helping install new equipment, Brian knows how a home's heating and cooling systems work and what to look for when they don't, from an aging furnace to ductwork that was never done right. He's called Raleigh home for over a decade and lives in Wood Valley.

That changes how I show you a home. Most buyers see the finishes: the countertops, the floors, the fresh paint. I notice those too, but I'm also looking at the age of the furnace and air handler, the condition of the ductwork, signs of water or deferred maintenance, and the things that rarely show up on a listing sheet but absolutely show up on a repair bill. I'll always recommend a licensed home inspector before you buy. I just want you walking into that inspection already knowing what to watch for.
I've called Raleigh home for over a decade and live in Wood Valley in North Raleigh. I moved here from Erie, Pennsylvania and never looked back, so I know what it's like to start over somewhere new. Brier Creek and Wood Valley are the neighborhoods I know best, and I help buyers and sellers across Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, and the rest of the Triangle.
